Standard Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be delivered within 5–7 working days. All parcels are tracked with proof of delivery. A tracking code will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Ship to School (Not applicable to all schools)

When available, this option can be selected during checkout. Please note that not all schools offer this service. Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) will be delivered to your school on its next scheduled delivery date. Delivery schedules vary by school and country - please login to your school’s welcome page for more information.

Returns To School Instructions

Returns

We will be happy to refund any items that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned in an unused condition within 60 days of receipt

If you wish to return an item you have purchased from us, please email us with the following information to allow us to process your return:

• Order name
• Order number
• Product code (of each item you are returning)
• Quantity of each item returning
• Email: info@zecoschoolwear.com

When we have received vour email we will provide you with a unique reference within 24 working hours.

• Please mark this unique reference on the outside and inside of our parcel and return back to your school.
• The school will then process your return and a refund will be actioned within 72 hours from notification. Please allow up to 14 working days to receive your refund in your bank from the date you return to school
